JOB DESCRIPTION - Sourcing and Screening Specialist

Recruiting/hiring is a rapidly growing domain, offering you an excellent opportunity to learn and advance with the best. We are seeking Graduate or MBA students to join us as Sourcing and Screening Specialists, with a specific focus on sales team development at BYJU's.

Responsibilities will include:

Sourcing candidates
Screening candidates through phone calls
Shortlisting qualified candidates

The internship is for a duration of 3 months and offers a stipend of 19,000 INR. It includes an evaluation round where you will be assigned targets to achieve. Successfully clearing these targets may lead to a permanent employment opportunity with a CTC (Cost to Company) of 6 LPA INR (4 LPA fixed + 2 LPA variable).

Work Location: Bangalore, Venus, PRESTIGE TECH PARK, Kodbisanhalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560103
Working Days: 6 days work. Sunday Off
